What is J.A.M.?

J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) is a ministry for Kindergarten – Fifth graders designed to lead children to know, love, and follow Jesus by creating an environment where they experience relevant Bible study, participate in genuine worship and connect relationally through small groups. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and kid-friendly environment where children can learn to know, love and serve God. We believe children learn best through experience, so we use many hands-on activities like music, drama, art, and storytelling to teach God's story, using the 252basics curriculum. WELCOME TO JAM!

This website is designed to give you a resource to find out what your kids are learning and the memory verses. Each week your child recieves a packet to take home that shows what they are studying that week. Work with them and return them the following Sunday and your child recieves a prize! There is a forum where kids can answer the questions and talk to each other as well as adults can post thoughts and comments!

What's the Curriculum?

"252Basics" is a unique approach to curriculum. It is taught over a three-year track, and includes 150 Bible Stories and is based on a Core Virtue and Memory Verse as the framework for each month. The curriculum is built around three Basic Truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled for us in Luke 2:52.

1. I need to make the wise choice. (Jesus grew in wisdom)

2. I can trust God no matter what. (Jesus grew in favor with God)

3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated. (Jesus grew in favor with man)
